The biggest shareholder of Horizon is IMC. Horizon cannot be taken over without their agreement. I used to track their average buy price but gave up. However, it is definitely over 20 cps and they have held for so long that they would want more. I doubt they would agree to a TO at less than 30 cps and that seems high for the company... but maybe not? Is a ripper quarterly around the corner? Unlikely so Sheria's interest would have to be PNG related. Something brewing = PNG in my opinion
