Management are supposed to be there for all shareholders not just soph's and 7% tells you what management think of retail holders but maybe their eyes have been opened up by the constant selling from the soph's who have chosen to sell at a loss, that is their call no one was twisting their arm.

So what you are saying is that soph's were always going to be sellers?
That makes managements decision to go with them solely even more ludicrous.
Its much easier to sell your heads when you are sitting on masses of free options.

IF they declare a full blown discovery they will have no trouble finding $$ so I'm certainly not sweating you wanting a better deal and I suspect you would have zero say in what deal the brokers do with IVZ.
