Being a newbie, I was not aware that there was a scale back in the previous SPP.... and as such, you could be totally correct that there was an opportunity for IVZ to offer a SPP at a reduce maximum. It could be an honest oversight/mistake of management with all going on. But in the end, I think management did a good call doing a capital raise and not doing a farm-in. IVZ could have lost half of the interest or more.
