Really? Look back over the charts at every announcement for last year. Pumped then returns to same price either same day or even lower. Now we are sitting at lows. Look who owns the shares in announcements. Its bought by their holdings, they have all the vote too on how things are done.
Im open to see your explanation why you think that pump and dumps have not been happening consistently every announcement when it so blatant aswell.
