Issue price was A$0.8453.
Hasn't cost the company much financially but hopefully in a small way motivates lower level employees, who if they wish are free (as are all staff) to add to this initial miniscule holding.
Alignment between management and staff has benefits if it encourages a pleasant culture of ongoing achievement.
