Because the market and sales channels are increasing too rapidly. They need more inventory and marketing cost ( incentives to sellers) you can see that they issued more stocks to get cash and how fast they used those cash in this one year...
if if they can survive, this company will be fortune for us, but if not, I assume stock price will keep falling for while
