Any pre-revenue company will need to raise at some point. But raising capital doesn't necessarily mean raising through a placement or SPP.
IF all goes well with DD-2 we'll probably raise cash through Farm-in and dilute at Project Level rather than Company level. IF DD-2 is deemed commercial, they might be in a better position to secure loans against future revenue with specialist lenders.
The more de-risked a project becomes, the more avenues to raise there are.
