Thats true but where I disagree, is that I dont believe the company is acting illegally at all. I think the industry is dynamic, we arent a cashed up major and we cant offer extras of any kind to entice contract drillers and stim specialists.

I have seen that NY has mentioned ASX rules in some releases before so I think he knows the rules very well. I do not think he withholds any information that's substantial, nor do I believe that he is attempting to mislead anyone. Im not saying that you think he is or does either.
