thank you, yes I feel a bit defeated. Unfortunatly I have a large tax bill. My logic is, with the change I get from selling this I can buy into another stock that has approvals due this year, so should be able to recover that loss & also lock it in the capital loss.
Not going to lie, EXR has been a hard one to hold onto.
