If it takes another 2-3 years that would be a disappointment. Hopefully we get an outcome from Nomgon in the coming months, and a clear directions as to where next. Likewise, I don't think ATP2044 will take 2-3 years to develop, I'd expect the company to have wrapped up that asset and is focused on the new leases, or has sold out completely.
