What i said isnt incorrect, total capex phase 1 and 2 invested in bonds for LOM pays more than the after tax NPV.

You said so Yourself discounting bonds by the same rate as a mine doesn't make sense.

Anyway no point debating the details of a hypothetical, was just trying to explain if some dont understand why its down 25% even though it was up when I first posted.

Profitability isn't near that of projects which are being built in Australia.

Haven't been following the exploration thesis for a while, it was very exciting at one stage I'll have to check what they have going for them on that front.
