Your figures seem good to me. Meanwhile on the Geology and treatment side there is considerable risk. So much of the whole equation carries risk. They need the Cobalt to hold it altogether as well as the Zinc and Silver. They need the Copper price to improve. They need the Au/USD to stay at or below 68 Cents. (Cant see this happening over 14 years). They need to have no price escalation in their construction costs and just to top it off they need to contend with inflation. It is very obvious they need a source of higher grade ore to blend with what they currently have.
