    Thanks. I suppose another factor not mentioned is/was Argyle closing. Big hole to fill. Interesting in the chart pattern below how the 20-23 period looks similar to the 08-11 period. Suggesting the price stepped up/peaked in 2022 and has now pulled back, and should remain roughly around these current levels for the extended future.
