A few reasons come to mind...
One innocuous one is that all the info was there so why not just push it out there as an ASX release for some free advertising.
Similarly, it may have been put together like this as part of a roadshow to fund managers, stockbrokers, analysts and the like.
Similarly again, sometimes this sort of info precedes a research note or two from brokers, which in turn precedes a capital raise.
Hopefully just the first or second reason (though the third one wouldn't be the end of the world either at the right price).
