I am still trying to work out the buying pattern. Certainly a keen buyer who works offscreen. I note the quick grab for ELSO today above current buy bids...Someone wants in albeit slowly at times as they seem to think ELS is fair value. Interesting games afoot unless i am reading the signs wrong.
