Hi weston, the SOI is the shares on issue. Right now 80% of available shares are held by top 20 holders and ELS has only a reltively low SOI to begin with so trading volumes are small and makes it very hard to buy a large parcel and also to sell a large parcel which makes it undesirable to many especially those dealing in large volumes.
