Very interesting chart @kyngdominion - I don't use charts so much and use them differently, but my charts are saying the same as yours - a strong persistent trend up.
This is a Heiken Ashi chart and as often the legs of the up trend are closed by a long tail doji - I also see it is a five leg uptrend, we are in the fifth leg - but that last leg has a long way to go.
The two indicators show how the leg is progressing, the last leg needs to produce as much blue as the previous two legs combined if this is a strong normal movement up.

Of course NEWS is the most important catalyst, and DEV seems primed for lots of that stuff.
