With the current / upcoming share prices of DEV our "Sovereign-partner" ASQ ( current Mkpt 10 M ) should also be taken over soon.
Payment not with cash but for ( DEV - ) shares.
Thus Sovereign would be completely in our hands ... and everything ( much ) else from ASQ is available almost for free.
