I would suggest that having the current loans on the books (poor deal at that) reflects poorly on the Company in Tender negotiations and would also worry lenders at good rates going forward - I think wiping the slate clean gives EOS the new start that they have been trying to get into gear - seems to me they have done a pretty good job overall from the terrible mess they were in
