ASX investors and even the funds that play with Al bio's are very unsofisticated.
The announcement is positive in my view. Although my view on this company is a long term one. It's not for short term traders really imo.
The European agency confirms that this trial could be the regulatory approval one (they obviously can't commit as it would depend on the results being clear vs marginal).
Furthermore the lower dose already shown effective will be included.
And the best part was at the end where they tell us they will consider applying for orphan drug status with the FDA.
What were people expecting? I guess they wanted it to go straight ahead without modification. But that is naive. And the inclusion of a lower and intermediate dose arm is no big deal at all. Nor is the number of subjects per arm. An easy modification of the protocol. And then a no brainer approval from the agency
