Midnight and a few others can take comfort that the same comedian Mr. De-Castro that signed off on the spectacular Gold, Silver, PMG’s and the JORC documents remains in place for this low-grade rare-earth white-collar scheme.
The current management makes no apology for the outrageous yarns spun of great opportunities in Gold for many years and how such ASX announcements were used to fleece investors in several C.R.’s.
BBX / BCM have the runs on the board for misleading information released in ASX announcements and media articles and paid interviews.
How they have managed to fly under the ASX ASIC radar for so many years is beyond belief in my opinion. Potential investors need to do their research the whole shabby story is out there in the public domain.
