    Initial CapEx: $US55M (including 35% contingency)
    Ramp-up Costs (Year 4): US$22.1M (funded from cash flow)
    Total CapEx: US$77.1M

    Net Present Value (NPV):US$498M(post-tax) over 20 years
    Internal Rate of Return (IRR):55%(indicates a strong return on investment)
    Payback Period:28 months (~2.3 years)

    Total Potential Revenue Over 20 Years: US$2.82B (TREO + MREC combined)

    If the market price of TREO is higher than US$6.69/kg, the project is profitable.
