Yes, I was thinking that may be the case. As they say, size matters, especially when you are dealing with the likes of TSMC.
Either way, if Nanoveu want to keep using TSMC, then WBT ReRam will have to be incorporated into TSMC's production or Nanoveu will have to go elsewhere - DBH or Skywater but I think GF might be the dark horse here (especially if they are talking 22nm)
