No，that is not right. You go and see their chip design (even this is just a reference chip), there is a memory component and right now this is a two chip solution with flash. So they do need to have a way to emebedded a NVM into the processer if they want the best outcome. Or their customer need a way to fit in a NVM if they only take BRN's neuromorphic IP.
