With this collaboration, I wonder with the following: - Who approaches who? By the looks of it, WBT seemed to approach NVU to join them considering that the Demo is supposed to be theirs. The booth is even named after them - How does WBT see their technology compared to NVU? Is it appealing enough or they see EMASS superior? They may think EMASS is a superior tech or they saw an opportunity to incorporate the technologies. - How long have they been in contact? I dont think it is a last minute arrangement. NVU may have caught the attention of WBT since October 2024, when EMASS introduction occurred. - What's the future between these 2 entities? A merger or a joint venture may be happening behind the scene.
NVU has great connections in TSMC and through their new CEO.
