I can tell you that Chris has done nothing but work his backside off for the last three years navigating this company through the COVID storm. He's been methodical in selecting profitable centres and it is showing in the recent update. The plan to move the portfolio over to Australia was the right decision. The New Zealand Government childcare subsides are not as good as Australia and the occupancy rates have always been much worse. Yes they were sold off a bit cheaper but how long could they beat that dead horse? Wilson is back on board and the charts are showing a fairly lengthy consolidation and an imminent breakout.
