NICE deal, let me explain why WUXI is the first place to sign, all the manufacturing factory were initially set in that area last 10 years, that is factory and labor intensity area. There water had been polluted by years because these factories.
Also WuXI is next to shanghai, as shanghai is an so called independend city which spoiled by chinese government,they dump their dirty dispose to WuXi.
The loaction of the deal explains everything.
BTW, the GOVR guy should choose to disappear from EMC thread now.
