Done a bit research on both companies. I am surprised that after the acquisition, Wuxi Guolian is the actual controlling shareholder which now holds 73.17% stake in Wuxi HuaGuang Boiler(Stock Code:600475 listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange - I will be watching this stock closely in the coming months), Wuxi Guolian is a truly performer in terms of the revenue, the first 5 months of 2016, the net profit attributable to owners of the parent company after deducting non-recurring gains and losses is about 297 million yuan, the net profit forecast for Wuxi Guolian from 2016 to 2018 is 650m/720m/790m yuan.
EMC really knows how to choose their first partnership when entering Chinese market.
