Once again it clearly shows that they know how to go about doing business in China....
The technical director of emefcy China looks like the right man for the job. Could not ask for a better qualified person for the job....
The other thing to note is the CGGC will have the greatest allocation of funding from the government... So this plays an important role in emefcys China strategy...
These guys at emefcy don't muck around and they are not interested in being second best....
