    Does anyone know if this agreement was factored into managements decision not to allow for the second $1m milestone payment when it was deemed a low probability to reach $2m cumulative sales by December 2017?

    There are some big potential numbers being thrown around here, it will be interesting to see whether management will now change their decision not to allow for the milestone.
