I think there will be a narrow window of 'cheap' shares between now and shareholder approval of the 20mil raise at .85cents. I don't think this halt and announcement is anything new, compared with the agm announcement. They will want to make sure Ron's deal does not look exploitative (I certainly don't think it is even if the share price runs).
Maybe wishful thinking but I'm hoping for some more shares in the 80's between now and July as that will be the last shot at sub $1 IMO.
After July I expect this to go mental as the 4c's start rolling in showing crazy growth.
