Could have - in which case I'm pretty heavy emc anyway - but until the shareholder vote I can see this being capped as it was after the agm. TBH I'm very surprised the sp isn't already over $1, but my point was that todays announcement is essentially the same as the agm announcement.
EMC is one of those v rare shares, like Tesla, apple, google, Amazon, where people will be buying the story rather than necessarily the FA. This makes putting a ceiling on the share price very difficult.
