I never once expected the register to stay at 200 million shares and have done all my forward estimations based on 300 million shares (50% increase). If it stays under that in the long run then I'm more than happy.
The funds from this raising are also clearly earmarked to grow the company rapidly. Their aspirations are clearly spelled out and they have a superb track record for getting done what they say they will do.
Shame we didn't get an opportunity to but in via a rights issue of SPP but overall I am happy with this development.
