I dont see anything negative about this. It is a step in to the Californian market. Stanford University has a great reputation a is connected with many keypersons in politics and economy. I see this as a first step to actually enter the Californian market. As we learned from previous test sites, they are set up very quickly and we can expect the first results within a few months. Also the reason of the plant is to test it's processes upon specific local water qualities to improve efficiancy. Virgin Island's water is different than California's. Of course a customer wants to test a product in his certain local conditions before ordering a thousand units. California however is just one fish in the pond.

I dont see this announcement negative in the short time. It is just another step.
Of course it is not the announcement we are all waiting for, but I think we should just see it as a bonus.
