83% of 2017 forecast revenue already secured under backlog and revenue is not the same as 83% of forecast revenue already received. This gives a high level of confidence that the $90M forecast revenue should be achievable and possibly exceeded but don't expect full year revenue to be around the $150M mark.
If they make or slightly exceed forecast that is a good result for this year.
