I am pretty sure from memory people who attended the AGM a while ago and spoke to Richard were informed that Wuxi will probably be certified at around the same time as all other demo plants yet that won't stop contracts to be signed and small rollout of plants to go ahead in rural areas.
Unless things have changed it is all supposed to happen this quarter with production ramping up in Q4. So although the sp is drifting in the wrong direction at the moment. I don't think it will be too long before things start getting pretty juicy. Let's hope so anyway.
