Indeed it will be market sentiment on the ASX that will have an influence. RWL is not listed anywhere as it is a private company, with some considerable backing of funds, hence the merger. As you say the fundamentals & revenue will significantly change EMC to a very different level. Does that mean the share price changes on the ASX? Who knows? Logically it should.

It will be interesting to see how the market here reacts to the merger, if at all. We are an odd bunch that trade on the ASX, so will see how it works.

For many holding, and have held reliably for quite some time, I hope it is a positive result, and finally the share price reflects the true value of the company, but you can't account for some of the real idiocy on the ASX, so will see.
