Look around, most stocks have been bleeding to death for the last 6-12 months. Haven't you seen the news lately, it's pretty much all doom and gloom. It'll only take a bit of good news for sentiment to start swinging around again, peace talks in Ukraine, inflation figures improve, no more lock downs.....
Sell, take the loss and move on or don't buy into the fear and hunker down.
