Without wishing to appear quarrelsome, the formal settling of the various court proceedings will likely be the last step in the process. It is conceivable that the solicitors for the Plaintiff have written to WA Supreme Court advising Justice Solomon of the anticipated formal settlement of the action, to obviate the need for him to start/continue to write his judgement.
In the other matters the solicitors would assess what upcoming steps were necessary in the next 2 months and play it by ear.
