There are some ways that it could be known how many Xinhe got.
The BE share registry has a list of all shareholders names and addresses.
EMR know the names and addresses of the BE holders that came across.
Those missing are the ones who sold to Xinhe.
The BE share registry would note the increase in Xinhe holdings....if any. Because Xinhe is a holder of BE shares.
However you're right tangey, Xinhe never divulged how many they got, and that's likely because they didn't get much at all.
All along the way EMR announced how many BE shares they had accquired.

And...EMR was forced by the TOP to give the crossers time to reconsider and back out. This after Xinhe complaint to the TOP.
What a hoot !...Xinhe should have applied this to their own bid, but kept it a secret ! Dishonest !
Now they are admitting they were wrong to do so.
