Yes, my uneducated assessment is that the tenements lost are minor in overall terms. I guess however if it transpired some years down the line that they are in the middle of some rich gold field that is surrounded otherwise by Bullzeye land, they could become a "ransom strip" that would otherwise thwart the development of an open mine.
Anyhow, that's for years later, nothing in that stops the onward drilling/results/processing plant for the NLGP.
