EMR are obligated by the TOP to continue to extend until the final supp target report is produced, which can not be produced until the experts report is completed and the TOP has reviewed it.
It does seem to have taken too long, much longer than this and EMR would need to consider putting out a statement on where the process is being held up.
Given EMR is one side of the takeover and Bullzeye, which is 78% EMR is on the other, EMR will know exactly where the process is. I can not see how the report has not been finished by now. There was a proviso in the TOP orders that said should the expert not be able to come to a determination about if the chinese got a favourable outcome compared to the other Bullzeye shareholders, he/she would have to explain to the TOP why, so I wonder is this what has happened ?
At this point it is nothing more than speculation.
