re: Ann: emerchants signs multi-year contract... VS, had exact same feelings with IPP at $2 . Just getting into profitability now but seemed to be built on high expectations. Setting a value at this stage is tricky but can reap big rewards m-l term. Still researching EML but looks pretty interesting IMO.
