Let me get this right.
Buy with cash $487k 3xVAS (resellers) in south pacific. Surprised Cook Isl isnt included (tax haven). Then issue 167m delayed performance rights at 2c. How does the seller get the shares if they sold out? If local management dont achieve sales targets then no incentive. I can only assume the sellers are management.
I also think a share buy back should be ann as this would be a good way to reward long suffering holders.
As far as strategy is, this sounds good to expand markets but its another low socio economic market (low margin high volume target). The OTT market was always their space to work in so maybe a few more in asia maybe targetted
