Blaming "downrampers" for the slip in SP is akin to shooting the messenger. The bearish opinions on this stock does not have any direct effect on the SP. Investors are wise to research this stock and recognise potential risks and concerns before buying EM1 shares.

The current SP is based on the sentiment of the market and whether investors are willing to part with their cash in order to hold in EM1 relative to facts and everything that is going on with EM1 + Crowd1/Miggster + MTN Arena.

EM1 and it's share holders need to take accountability for their performance because they are respectively executing a strategy and backing that strategy for personal gain. You are also open to critique and review based on performance, execution and decisions - it's what fuels the discourse on this forum.

The red flags being raised about EM1 are part of the DD and research and should be factored into decision making. EM1 made those decisions and it has to wear the effects on the market. Pretending red flags aren't there then complaining about "downrampers" providing factual insight does NOT make you a smart investor.
