Do the visuals help explain this to you? So since EM1 is largely reporting off gross receipts off annual subscribers (70 or so % I believe make up their current subscribers?) then that's a huge sugar hit that will vanish leaving only what quarterly and monthly members choose to willingly renew their memberships each subsequent quarter. It's why member retention was always going to be this platform's biggest issue. Especially if operating costs remain constant every quarter while receipts stagnate or drop.

Why are you assuming there will be no new annual subscriptions every quarter also? If you're not interested in this stock maybe you should find another one and comment elsewhere.
