Where's @turbohectics at? I need some creative analysis to show us the roadmap back to $4/share.
In all seriousness, if I were a betting man (much like EM1 holders), I don't think we've seen the end of this one. There are two important checkpoints here:
1. 30 April 2022 where EM1 needs to hold up their end of the bargain (transfer of IP, equipment, staff etc) or this deal goes belly up and EM1 and CROWD1 are like scorned lovers who just can't seem to break up.
2. The 12 month deadline for payment to be made. CROWD1, being illegal scammers, may think they'd prefer to hang onto their money and simply stop putting Miggster in their scam videos, replacing it with PlanetIX. This is where my money sits.
In my opinion, given the dodgey nature of this company's actions and leadership, we are currently seeing this back on the market for Greg and his cronies to offload their shares before we see the delisting of EM1.
