I can provide insight into this.
EM1 created ArcadeX which in turn is branded as MTN Arena and Miggster respectively. These apps were written using PHP and AngularJS backed by a PostgreSQL database and all hosted on Amazon Web Services.
For cloud gaming they'll be adopting Microsoft Azure virtual machines (with Nvidia GPUs) and Microsoft Azure PlayFab. There is no insight into what they're using for a web API or database at this stage.
I'm not convinced those screenshots are real, they feel like someone went to town mocking up a portal UI in Photoshop. That opinion is bolstered by the mobile payment screenshots, they don't look final.
