My guess would be a bit of a rise, but nothing too significant. While its excellent news that the project is developing and coming to fruition - its still not the meaty announcement that we're all looking for.
It is however a promising sign that this isn't going to fall apart at the finish line - we need all parts of the puzzle and monetisation of services is a big one. A great step in the right direction!
