It seems that you can stack the Sell Side at Lower Price Points for Stop Loss Strategy which is very sensible with a Spec Stock.....and not only is it Legal but is common practice.And You Can Stack the Buy side which everyone is happy with and that's fine and Legal.
But if you have an Exit Strategy at a Higher price Point and place a Sell there....Then it's Manipulation and Illegal?.....
If you really wanted to Cap this then you'd be doing it at 1.7-1.8c and NOT 2.9c
It seems that you can stack the Sell Side at Lower Price Points...
